What happens after you book

Your request comes straight to our notary, and you receive a confirmation email with the service, date and time you chose. We then confirm the exact time with you by phone or email. Booking a slot does not lock other people out of it — we confirm each appointment personally rather than running an automated calendar.

Do I have to book at all?

No — walk-ins are welcome during opening hours: Mon – Fri: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, and Sat – Sun: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Booking is simply the reliable way to avoid a wait and to make sure we have confirmed what you need to bring before you travel to us.

What to bring to the appointment

Bring valid government-issued photo identification and your documents unsigned — the notary must witness your signature. If you need certified true copies, bring the original documents; a copy cannot be certified from another copy. Free printing and copying is available on site, and we accept cash and e-Transfer.
