Important Guidelines Before Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process, please review the following:

• Valid Government-Issued ID A valid photo ID (such as a Passport or Driver’s License) is required to verify your identity.
• Do Not Sign Documents in Advance The Notary Public must witness your signature. Documents signed beforehand may not be accepted.
• Signer Must Be Present The person signing the document must attend the appointment in person. Notarization cannot be completed on behalf of someone else.
• Certified Copies If you require certified copies, please bring the original document. We provide free copying and printing.
