Visiting Our Scarborough Office

Where we are

Our office is at 1225 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1P 4Y1, Suite 2000, Unit #2020 — on Kennedy Road, a short distance from the Kennedy Road and Ellesmere Road intersection. There is free parking on site, so you do not need to feed a meter or find a garage.

If you are coming by transit, Kennedy Station on Line 2 connects to bus service along Kennedy Road. Arriving from further out? We have written directions from Toronto, North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Whitby.

When we are open

We are open seven days a week: Mon – Fri: 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, and Sat – Sun: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Weekend availability is one of the reasons clients travel to us from across the GTA — most notary offices close on Saturday and Sunday.

Walk-ins are welcome. Calling 416-951-3301 first simply means we can have everything ready and confirm you are bringing the right documents.

What to have with you

Bring valid government-issued photo identification and leave your documents unsigned — the notary has to witness your signature. If you need certified true copies, bring the original documents, not photocopies. Free printing and copying is available on site.

Fees start at $20 per notarization signature, and we accept cash and e-Transfer. You can see the full list on any service page, or book a time online.
